We present "top-of-the-range" products, all our products are classified “1st Choice”, without any operation of repair to cure defects of production or cooking. Any product delivered not respecting this charter, will be completely refunded by our company.

The color of our products is purely natural, a color of the Tunisian terra cotta, zone of the Sahel, also called “Shiate”, it is purely whitish, a color completely natural.

On the other hand the range of the candlestick is characterized by a reddish color (to see red), or also whitish, according to the choice of the customer and the availability of the raw material at the time of the preparation of the order, clay (clay of Nabeul) thus used, is rather light and is used only for decoration purpose.

This Tampon, if exists on a product, thus indicating according to the field of application:

« Handmade » : All our products without exceptions, “Are completely Handmade”, by qualified craftsmen, which gives rise to completely unique product.

« Water Proof » : All our products can support the exposure to the rain, certain of another models can also be used for uses of storage of water for daily needs.

« Frost Proof » : All our products which are intended for external decoration, and especially for garden and planting purpose, can be adapted to very hard climatic conditions  (snow), thus our products can support snow and the very low temperature to last for long years in climates of the countries of north. Also those products are Frost Proof.

« High fired » : All our products are cooked at a high temperature (higher than 900 °C), thus, in addition to the low temperatures, our products can tolerate rather high climatic temperatures, as well as cycles of change of temperatures without harming the quality and the lifespan of those products.

« Drain hole » : The products which are used for planting purpose are delivered with a drain hole, except under request of the customer not to do it.
